Canada Day Celebrations

Join Muskoka Chautauqua, Cleveland’s House, SWS, and the Township of Muskoka Lakes for Canada Day Celebrations!

Come out to the gazebo at Clevelands House in Minett to work with our Artists in Residence for hands-on art activities for the whole family! 21-year-old graphic design artist Brittany Johnston and 25-year-old fine-artist Sabina Rock will be leading the following activities:
-Canada Day Banner: each participant will have the opportunity to design their own fabric square to later be sewn together to create the annual Canada Day Banner
-Watercolour Painting: Brittany Johnston will lead participants in watercolour painting!
-Large Community Painting: Everyone can get involved as Sabina Rock leads the painting of a community art piece

Temporary tattoos, pins, and Canada flags will be given out to all participants!
