Amidst the trees, natural, tranquilizing, substances are released. Being amongst
the trees gives us the opportunity to shed our habitual tensions and stresses. We
are supported by the trees- in fact we are more than supported: without trees,
and the oxygen they provide, we could not exist.
When we allow ourselves to connect- with our breath, with our bodies, with our
minds and spirits with the natural environment, we are reinforcing a vital
relationship.
In the workshop, we will listen, breathe, and move with awareness. We may find
ourselves dancing with the trees and surroundings. We will renew the sacred
bond between ourselves and our environment.
The workshop is open to all: no experience necessary! Just dress comfortably for
moving in the wooded environment.
