Feel the Felt Workshop with Melanie Siegel (Morning)

Participants will be engaged with Artist Melanie Siegel for a hands-on mini workshop in wet felting of cords to create a neckpiece or amulet

With the guidance of Artist in Residence Melanie Siegel, we present a “Feel the Felt Workshop”. This is a hands-on experience with one of our most popular artists.
The workshop will explore the properties of wet felting with an accent on stitchery basics.
With a selection of wool, pre made felt fabric and colourful embroidery threads, participants will have the opportunity create a small bag, neckpiece, or amulet.
The result will be an appreciation of the properties of wet felting, free form stitchery, with the guidance of an expert!
