Forest Bathing Workshop

This will be an experiential, participatory workshop.
We will explore together the reciprocal relationships we hold with nature, especially, the trees. We will learn about the myriad benefits we gain from our connections with trees, and how to deepen them.
Through our senses and our bodies, we will share explorations that provide the potential for the well-being of all.
Note: Accommodations for limitations/disabilities will be made to the best of our ability.
